PET AND Handler 2026 [Philly]
PET: Pup DEX
Dex is the current Northeast Pet & Handler, a spandex and leather pup whose journey began in the Philadelphia pet play community, rooted in dark pet play and intimate one-on-one connections where he first discovered his pup headspace. What started as deeply personal exploration eventually led Dex into the broader community that now feels like home.
Through his involvement with Greater Philadelphia Pets and Furs, Dex works to help build inclusive, accessible spaces for pets and handlers to learn, play, and grow together. He hosts the monthly GPPnF Pet Hiking Series, creating social opportunities outside traditional nightlife, and is the co-founder and host of Playroom Philly—a quarterly game night for pets and kinksters designed to foster connection in a relaxed, bar-free environment.
Dex serves as Beta of MaC Pack and maintains personal affiliations with Bone Dry Social Club and Treato Pack.
Leading with an education-first mindset, Dex teaches classes including Pet Play 101, Dynamics in Pet Play, and Frenzy and Burnout in Pet Play. He believes education, communication, and intentional negotiation are essential to healthy kink, and strives to help others find balance between connection, play, and sustainability within pet dynamics.
As a titleholder, Dex hopes to bring pet communities across the Northeast closer together through shared education and accessible resources. He firmly believes in the oral tradition of pet play and leather—where stories, lived experience, and mentorship are passed person to person—and works to create platforms where pets and kinksters can tell their stories. By uplifting diverse voices and encouraging regional collaboration, Dex aims to preserve the history of pet play while helping shape its future.

PET AND Handler 2025 [Providence, RI]
PET: Pup OSLO
Oslo (he/him) is current Northeast Pet 2025. Hailing from Philadelphia, he currently co-hosts Philly Pet Night and the Philly Rubber Club. He is passionate about introducing new people to kink spaces and helping them create connections with others. He also loves to travel and visit various other petplay and kink related spaces and events. He is always accepting pets.
When he’s not a puppy, you can find him cycling around town, looking at weird old cars or tinkering with old electronics!
Handler BARD
Bard (he/him) is a Philly pup/handler who’s been active in the Pet Play scene for 7+ years. He is the Northeast Handler 2025, a collared member of the Stone Leather Family, and one of the producers of Philly Pet Night. Starting as a pup in the community, Bard stepped up to be a Handler because he is passionate about helping pups find their place in the community while training them in some tricks along the way. He is focused on developing Philly’s burgeoning kink scene and developing inter-group connections to help push the city to become one of the best places on the East Coast for kink. When not doing things out and about in the community, Bard is a multi-discipline artist and enthusiastic enjoyer of Dungeons and Dragons.
PET AND Handler 2024 [Providence, RI]
PET: Pup DAGGER
Dagger (she/her) is a switch, pup, leatherdyke, prodomme, kink educator, and community organizer based in the Hudson Valley, New York. She cofounded and co-runs Hudson Valley Kennel Club and holds the titles Northeast Pet 2024 and Mx Submit 2023. Dagger has taught and performed in kink since 2013. She has led classes and demos for International Ms Leather and Bootblack, the International Pet and Trainer Contest, Harvard University, Less Dead Studio, and Folsom Street East as well as community groups from California to Vermont.
Handler SAZ
Handler SAZ (he/him) is a trans Boston based Handler of Romani decent.
He is a constant supporter and collaborator with several Boston based groups/organizations. SAZ is known as a regular monitor for Boston’s Fascination. He is also a member and supporter other Boston groups such as: BLOOD, DYKE ALLEY, and DYKE DECENT. He recently helped pitch the “Blood Fascination Takeover” where the proceeds went to PCRF.
SAZ loves to network both in groups and one on one to help strengthen bonds both in and outside of the pet play community. His work is very community and activist based. SAZ also helps to promote groups and educators that are BIPOC & TGNC to come teach at events. Especially if the kink of choice hails from the culture the educator originates from. “ A majority of our kinks hail from BIPOC origins. Diversity and inclusivity helps our community thrive; it wouldn't work without it.”
PET AND Handler 2023 [NYC]
PET: Pup REXY
Rexy (they/them), is a Philly based queer, nonbinary, trans pup. They stumbled upon the world of pet play in 2019 and dove in – paws first! They were NorthEast Pet 2023, and placed 1st runner-up at International Pup & Trainer Contest 2024. Rexy is the Board President and Head Producer of the Northeast Pet & Handler Contest.
Rexy's not just a playful bratty pup, they are also a leather boy who loves to flag hunter green on the right! With guidance and mentorship from their Alpha Ruckus, Rexy earned their collar by showing their dedication to service. Their journey is all about self-discovery, a commitment to community, and a mission to make the kink and BDSM world more inclusive.
Handler CHIPPER
Chipper (he/him) is a Brooklyn-based Handler, Leatherman, and kink educator. Originally from The Bahamas, he began exploring kink privately as a young man before stepping proudly into the leather and pet play communities in 2020. Extroverted, gregarious, and—true to his name—chipper, he thrives in service to others and leads with empathy, curiosity, and strength.
He holds the titles of NEPAH Northeast Handler 2023 and IPTC International Trainer 2024. From 2023 to 2025, he served on the board of the Northeast Pet & Handler Contest and has had the honor of judging both the inaugural New York Rubber Champion Contest and the 10th Anniversary European Puppy & Handler Contest at Darklands. He is a member of BLUF and was proudly covered by his pack in 2023.
Chipper has founded and co-produced numerous community events, including Pet Park, Brooklyn Pet Play Weekend, Cultured Pets, Unleashed BK, and the VANGUARD gear party, among others.
Deeply integrated in all aspects of his life, Chipper is known for his social media platform Follow Chipper, where he shares insights on kink, sexuality, and relationships. He facilitates workshops and provides 1-on-1 coaching on these topics, and has worked with renowned leather and fetish brands such as The Leather Man NYC, Mama Leather, and Pickles’s Playground. In 2025, he launched his own brand, Chipper Works.
Playful, purposeful, and always a little mischievous, Chipper believes joy is a form of resistance—and service is the deepest expression of love.

KENZO (He/They), a dedicated advocate since 2013, standing up for Kink, BDSM, and LGBTQ+ rights.
In 2022, KENZO earned the title of Mr. Eagle NYC, breaking barriers as the youngest holder. They proudly bear the Northeast Puppy title and hold the distinction of being the first Black and Latino recipient.
Former VP of ONYX NY/Northeast, KENZO's creations like NYC ABDL, Gotham Kennel Club and The Black Pamper Party foster inclusivity.
As Founder and CEO of KOZYTOTZ, a black-owned venture, they offer Adult Size workwear onesies catering to incontinence and ABDL needs.
Acknowledged with the Mufasa Ali Lions Strength Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022, they've earned accolades for their impact.
Guided by principles, they remind us to "Be the change you wish to see in the world" and "Always live your true authentic self."
From educator to party promoter, they've shared knowledge and forged bonds through friendship.
Kenzo continues to pave the way for queer black folk to be comfortable in their queer black skin.

Pup Sirius (He/Him) started his title work as Northeast (USA) Puppy 2019, before competing to become IPTC International Puppy 2019 which due to Covid extended through 2022. He has been a member of the pet play community for many years and has had the privilege of working with several organizations to offer safe spaces to LGBTQ+ youth and community members throughout his travels. Pup Sirius is now a Producer for the Northeast Pet and Handler contest, Producer of Communikink (an educational kink workshop), and an Educator on Puppy Headspace.

PET: Pup YEAH YEAH
Pup Yeah Yeah (he/him) is a silly little doggo that likes long walks on the beach, collecting tacky things, and getting covered in pee. He spent his title year traveling the North East focusing on making connections in the various communities, trying to be a decent person/puppy that anyone could talk to, and growing the contest into a larger event with a more diverse field of contestants from all over the North East.

PET: Pup VIDHRA
Pup Vidhra (he/him) has been active in the fetish community since 2012. Vidhra is the founder of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky’s pup group, Ruff Pups CNKY. Through Ruff Pups he was actively involved in kink education and fundraising for local LGBT charities including Equality Ohio, Kink U: Cincinnati, and Pride Night at Kings Island. Currently Vidhra lives in New York City.
Vidhra has had the honor as serving on the judging panel for International Puppy and Trainer Contest, Bluegrass Leather Pride, Mr Midwest Rubber, Great Lakes Puppy & Trainer Contest, Mr New England Rubber, Mr Tri State Leather, Rubber & Puppy, and Northeast Puppy & Handler. He has the pleasure to serve as Tally Master for IML 2017 & 2018.
For his work in the community Vidhra has been honored with the Midwest Puppy Contest Good Puppy Award 2012, and was nominated for Bluegrass Leather’s Connell-Stanley Leather Person of the Year 2013. Pup Vidhra is Northeast Puppy 2017, focusing on expanding puppy education and socials beyond standard bar nights in his region.
